The login process is very slow. After entering credentials takes longer than normal (slow) to access any protected resource

Started 3 weeks ago
Environment is clustered
Stopped everything and only started one Node, but still saw the issue.
Issue occurs for all protected resources
Issue occurs with customer or default login page
All browsers have this issue
Click on Login button page is hanging for 3 minutes. But if click again on the login button are logged in immediately
