Username Coming Twice For Proxy Creation Failed Message (Doc ID 2724650.1)

Customer are creating the user proxy using oracle proxy APIs.
If they create over-lapping proxy oracle API gives the error which is correct.

Issue: Issue: Issue is with the error message returned by oracle API , it returns the user name twice

Error Message:
oracle.iam.identity.exception.UserManagerException: IAM-3057004:Proxy conflicts with already existing proxy for users :US**.:US**

 Customer wants to know how to avoid this ...
