Symptoms

Performing an import of an Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) mapping which was exported from an environment having different topology values, for example export from development to import into production having different GUID and Internal IDs, results in errors.

ODI-14206 occurs when importing mapping via Import type Synonym mode INSERT_UPDATE:

Smart export/import cannot be used as it will overwrite topology with the wrong environment information.
