Getting Mixed Results from Application Deployed to Different Targets (Doc ID 2725055.1)

Symptoms

There is an application deployed as Development (Dev) and as Quality Assurance (QA), each on separate wl-servers of the same domain.
The deployment intended for Dev always varies from the one intended for QA, there are some differences in some JSPs and JSs between both environments.

At run time, intermittently when an URL is submited to the QA version of the application it renders contents of the Dev version.
So the rendering of resulting page is not expected, and there is no error.
This behavior is highly random and wasn't identified any common behavior by either workstation, logged user, browser.

By redeployment of the application it works properly.
