Symptoms

In Exalogic Virtual racks, When applying October 2020 PSU 2.0.6.3.201020, Failure is seen when doing ECServices Upgrade part of Exalogic Control stack which is step listed under "SECTION E: Upgrade OVMM to 3.4.5, EMOC to 12.3.exa.200719 and Oracle DB to 12c" of <Note 2715114.1>

Below failure message is seen when running ECServices upgrade.
