Exalogic Virtual: Oracle Control DB Missing After Upgrading ECServices As part of October 2020 PSU 2.0.6.3.201020 (Doc ID 2725134.1)

Symptoms

In Exalogic Virtual rack, When applying October 2020 PSU 2.0.6.3.201020, Issue of Oracle Control DB missing is seen after upgrading ECServices which is step listed under "SECTION E: Upgrade OVMM to 3.4.5, EMOC to 12.3.exa.200719 and Oracle DB to 12c" of <Note 2715114.1>

We notice that EMOC, PC build version update to 12.3.exa.200719 and OVMM update to 3.4.5 version is succeeding. But Oracle 12c control DB installation is failing. As a result we are not having any Oracle control DB installation on EMOC Control VM. This can be confirmed as below Oracle DB install directories are missing on EMOC VM.
