Symptoms

Nothing Happens After Executing Upgrade Assistance ua Script: Wizard Does Not Launch

Upgrade Assistance ua script is invoked:
e.g.
$ ./ua
Oracle Fusion Middleware Upgrade Assistant 12.2.1.4.0
Log file is located at: {ORACLE_HOME}/oracle_common/upgrade/logs/ua{date_time}PM.log
Reading installer inventory, this will take a few moments...
...completed reading installer inventory.


The log file {ORACLE_HOME}/oracle_common/upgrade/logs/ua{date_time}PM.log has this error in it.

[Framework] [NOTIFICATION] [] [upgrade.Framework] [tid: 1] Plugin UAWLSINTERNAL.UAWLS is not a schema plugin
[Framework] [NOTIFICATION] [] [upgrade.Framework] [tid: 1] Plugin OPSS.OPSS_SCHEMA_PLUGIN is not a configuration plugin
