Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On : 19.1.0.0.4 version, 1 - Oracle DB backend

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
wrong transaction timestamp during OGG replication

Issue during OGG replication from Oracle database.
Our process is:
Source oracle db -> downstream server -> OGG server -> Kafka|hadoop
When we open trail on downstream server via log dump utility we see correct time stamps for transaction (for example, 15:29:06.000.000 for all positions). When we open trail on second OGG server , we see strange time stamps for transaction (2020/10/20 15:29:05.987.034 -> 2020/10/20 15:29:05.986.821 ). Which mean that it has different timestamp (06 second versus 05.96x.xxx), moreover previous timestamp is higher than the next timestamp.
