Symptoms
Under peak load, it is noticed a delay in JMS servers when enqueueing messages.
Example scenario:
There is a Oracle Service Bus(OSB )service sending messages to a uniform distributed queue from which Business Activity Monitoring (BAM) consume that messages through Tibco EMS. Under load, JMS Server suffer some milliseconds/seconds hiccups enqueying messages, which affect OSB serviceresponse time, causing rejections from workmanager constraint to new request to the service.
