WCC and Content UI Auto Suggest Type Ahead List Of Users Doesn't Display Properly (Doc ID 2725713.1)

Symptoms

WebCenter Content 12.2.1.3.0 and 12.2.1.4.0

ADF Content UI 12.2.1.3.0 and 12.2.1.4.0

In the WCC and Content UI, the ACL autosuggest user list pop up doesn't display correctly.

One of the following behaviors can occur:

The list of users appears briefly and then disappears.

Nothing happens.

Or a list of users are displayed in top of the PopUp window.

The list of users is long and doesn't has any scroll bar.

When accessing the Content UI in Chrome:

All users are listed. There isn't a scroll bar.

To access a user lower on the list, the browser has to be scrolled down.

That will scroll the UI upload pop up and the UI page towards the top. After selecting the user the browser has to be scrolled back to the top to display the page.

When accessing the Content UI in IE:

Only a partial list of users are listed. There isn't a scroll bar to scroll down the list.

When accessing the Content UI in Firefox:

When entering the letters the first time, the entire list is displayed. The browser has to scrolled down to list all the users. But then the entire list disappears. The list doesn't display after entering the same letters again. After pausing several seconds, entering the letters again will display the list.

In the WCC page:

Only a partial list of users are displayed without a scroll bar.

Note: This issue also affects WebCenter Portal.

When a portal is configured for WCC task flow, the autosuggest behaves the same as in the Content UI.
