What are the supported tools for Oracle Mobile Authenticator (OAM) for Time-based One-time Passwords (TOTP)?

High Level

Have a requirement to install OMA in Virtual Desktop Images
Tried side loading apps as well and had some hardship there
Working on this planing to look for any Oracle supported alternatives for OMA which is instalable

OMA - Oracle Mobile Authenticator for TOTP tokens related to Multi factor authentications
The OMA available as Microsoft store APP. So this will be a .appxbundle rather than .exe
On Windows Virtual Desktop Images(VDI) twe installed .appxbundle using addapxpackage
But the application is accessible for only one user. There is no way we can install this app for multiple users
VDI's are shared across multiple users. If they want to access this app, it has to be installed individually in each user profile on that VDI
