Cannot Login to the Admin Console from Two Different Domains at the Same Time Using the Same Browser (Doc ID 2726515.1)

Symptoms

There are two Weblogic domains configured on the system with Admin Server running on port PORT1 and PORT2 respectively. After logging into the first Admin console (http://HOST:PORT1) and completing some tasks and then opening a new browser window to login to the second Admin console (http://HOST:PORT2), the session associated with the first Admin console got invalidated and that causes user to have to login to http://HOST:PORT1 again. Is this expected behavior?
