Login Page Popup Missing in 10g After Updating Chrome Browser (Doc ID 2727103.1)

Goal

When clicking login page for Oracle Content Server in Chrome, the login pop up is not available and it automatically throws a 401 error. This is not happening in Edge or IE browsers. There is a requirement for business to use Chrome as their browser.
