EDQ Jobs Are Duplicating After Weblogic Server Restart (Doc ID 2727105.1)

Symptoms

After restarting the WebLogic server, Oracle Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ) jobs are executing twice (duplicating) even though they are scheduled only once.

The issue also presents even after having deleted the schedule for the job and then restarting the WebLogic server.  The job still executes without the schedule.
