Oracle SALT Outbound Service Response Message Gets Truncated When REST Outbound "Transfer-Encoding: chunked" (Doc ID 2727259.1)

Symptoms

When using SALT 12.1.3 REST outbound , the response message is truncated if the Transfer-Encoding: chunked.
If the SALT outbound XML response is larger, then message gets truncated/cut.

e.g. From below ULOG snippet, call to Outbound service "SVC-OUTBOUND" truncates XML response. The XML tag "<search-customer-details-respons" does not have ending tag as XML response gets cut and Tuxedo application server crashes.
