Symptoms
On : 12.1.0.2.0 version, Thin JDBC driver
An application is getting the following error when trying to connect over SSL using JDBC 12.1.0.2 against a 12.1.0.2 database:
Connection failure.
java.sql.SQLRecoverableException: IO Error: Got minus one from a read call
