Upgrade Assistant For 12.2.1.4 Readiness Check Failed. (Doc ID 2727812.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, Fabric

We are performing upgrade from 12.2.1.3 to 12.2.1.4 using this guide:

We installed 12.2.1.4 base binaries:
Infra: p30188255_122140_Generic.zip
SOASuite: p30188289_122140_Generic.zip
OSB: p30188305_122140_Generic.zip
OHS: p30188261_122140_SOLARIS64.zip

After this when we ran the Upgrade Assistant (UA) with readiness mode customer encountered two errors.
