Symptoms

Got below error in discard file of integrated replicat. However , table data is in sync.

OCI Error ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows
ORA-00001: unique constraint (<owner>.<constraint_name>) violated
ORA-00001: unique constraint (<owner>.<constraint_name>) violated
