Symptoms
Oracle GoldenGate 19.1.0.0.4 extract configured for DML and DDL replication abends with the following error:
OGG-02297 This is an unsupported ALTER TABLE statement for table "<OWNER>"."<TABLE>".
Changes
Extract was configured for DDL reporting by adding DDLOPTIONS REPORT to the extract parameter file and restarting extract.
The following was then reported prior to the OGG-02297:
OGG-01487 DDL found, operation [ALTER TABLE <OWNER>.<TABLE> ADD ( <COLUMN> NUMBER DEFAULT <OWNER>.<SEQUENCE>.NEXTVAL )]
