Turn off Auto Recovery For Failed Transactions Post SOA Server Restart

Failed transactions are getting auto recovered during SOA Server restart in Production environment. As a solution, we have updated the SOA server level parameters "RecurringScheduleConfig and StartupScheduleConfig" under SOA Infrastructure --> SOA Administration --> BPEL properties --> Click more --> Recovery Config. This is working intermittently and some transactions were still getting auto recovered.
