After Applying Sites 12.2.1.4.0 BP1 Patch, the Login via specific node in a cluster is not working (Doc ID 2728797.1)

Goal

Before applying BP1 patch on Sites 12.2.1.4.0, I was able to login to each individual node in the cluster without any issues.
Post applying the patch, I am unable to login to each individual node in the cluster. It always redirects to the load balancer URL.
