Symptoms

After applying Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Bundle Patch 12.2.1.3.201020 (Patch 31873854), Bundle Patch 12.2.1.3.210119 (Patch 32040885) or Bundle Patch 12.2.1.3.21072 (Patch 32835080), the following error is reported when starting the ODI Agent:

It can also occur when starting Studio after applying the patch.

Changes

ODI Bundle Patch 31873854 or Patch 32040885 or Patch 32835080 was applied to the instance hosting the agent and/or Studio.
