Symptoms

 Respective host (it can be a virtual/physical compute node or a Guest vServer) patching upgrade fails with the following error both on console and exapatch logs.

INFO: Day Mon DD HH:MM:SS EST YYYY: /opt/egbt_upgrade/BaseTemplateOEL6/scripts/egbt_upgrade.sh:xxxxxxx@ Runlevel: 3

ERROR: Day Mon DD HH:MM:SS EST YYYY: OFED needs to be updated in Runlevel 1. Exiting..
