Symptoms

"java.lang.NoSuchFieldError:APPLICATION_CONTEXT_ID_PREFIX” error occurred when starting application after deploying on WebLogic 12.2.1.3

<Application>.War is recompiled with 12c libraries and 12c supported spring jars and deployed,  But after deployment ,  It is failed to start application when start up “servicing all requests”
