API Gateway in Cluster Crashes When Using Distributed Cache For OAuth Tokens (Doc ID 2729395.1)

Symptoms

In a particular use case, two multi-node clusters have been created.  These two clusters are spread across three machines.  There are two clusters and two managed servers for each cluster.  High availability is enabled for this environment.  When starting one gateway in the second cluster, it causes a chain reaction that causes a node in the first cluster to crash.
