Symptoms

When create SCA projects in Jdeveloper 12.2.1.4, the version number is still coming as 12.2.1.3 in pom.xml.


STEPS
-----------------------
JDEV -> SOA Project -> New Maven Pom for Project

pom.xml Version shows: 12.2.1-3-0
