Symptoms
New installation of OAM 12c, OID 12c, Forms/Reports 12c (12.2.1.4)
- Integrated Forms 12c with OAM per the steps in -> How to Integrate Forms 12c with OAM after a 12c Forms Installation (Doc ID 2096585.1)
- Forms 12c integration with OAM is successful. Forms can be successfully accessed using SSO mode with newly created RAD.
Migrated the OID 11g users, groups and RAD entries to OID 12c.
- When testing Forms in SSO mode with a migrated RAD, getting the following error:
FRM-93330: Fatal authentication error: User does not have proper credentials configured
