Node Manager Will Not Start Due To Corruption Issue In The Analytics Database. (Doc ID 2729784.1)

Symptoms

The Node Manager is not starting due to a corruption in the Analytics database.

The following error is being seen in the logs in this use case:

This is not the only database error that can occur that would cause the Node Manager to fail to start.  Any severe database error could cause the same activity to occur.
The expectation is that the Node Manager should not fail due to a database failure on the Analytics side.
