Some Users Unable To Authenticate (no end user error given)
- OAM 220.127.116.11 deployment with WNA using AD as Identity Store
- This setup has been working
- Recently, AD identity store configuration was changed to use the Global Catalog so that they could authenticate users from other forests. After this change, couple of users began being unable to authenticate. Other users are able to authenticate without a problem
- The following error is noticed in the logs
