Symptoms

After extending a Weblogic domain which previously did not include Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), like Service-over-Architecture (SOA) or Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) domain, and creating an Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) managed server and agent to it, the following error occurs:

The server is in running status but the "oraclediagent" application is in FAILED status on the Deployments page of the WebLogic Server console.
