Goal

This Note delivers Patch details for resolving following EMOC Stability issues in Exalogic 2.0.6.4.X Virtual racks.

  1. EMOC Operations like stop, start, Create vServers taking long time during OvmRefreshDomainModelTask tasks. Following is Bug on this issue.
Bug 30978856 - EXALOGIC JAN 2020 PSU: CREATE/STOP/START OF VSERVERS TAKING LONGTIME AT OVMREFRESHDOMAINMODELTASK

  2. Unable to change CPU Subscription ratio from EMOC BUI console as Next button is greyed out. Following is Bug on this issue.
Bug 30768375 - USER CAN NOT CHANGE THE CPU RATIO AS THE "NEXT" BUTTON IS GRAY
  3. Few Guest vServers missing under vDC accounts under vDC Management Accordion. Following is Bug on this issue.
Bug 30822660 - GUEST VSERVER MISSING UNDER VDC MANAGEMENT IN EMOC BUI

Above issues are noticed in Exalogic 2.0.6.4.x Virtual racks with large number of vServers & Virtual Disks. For e.g. Exalogic Virtual 2.0.6.4.X racks which have more than 200+ vServers and 1000+ Virtual Disks (these numbers can vary as there is no threshold number which says if you have more than these number of vServers, you will run into EMOC stability issues).
