WFR Reporting is not Displaying Batches in State 550 (Doc ID 2731938.1)

Symptoms

Unable to locate batches in the WebCenter Forms Recognition (WFR) interface. There are many invoices in the 550 state in the OFRDocument table, however, when searching for them from within Verifier, RTS, or Workdoc browser, they do not appear.  How can they be located?
