Symptoms
- Unzip patch 31961038 WLS PATCH SET UPDATE 12.2.1.3.201001.
- Set the environment variable OPATCH_DEBUG to TRUE - OPATCH_DEBUG=TRUE
- cd 31961038/
- Use opatch apply command
- The issue occurs and it gets stuck with the following log entries -
