Symptoms
Customer application code uses annotations to specify the order and element names for the serialized XML (JSON) output of their Java code as follows:
Note that all of the changes in the annotations were not made: the element names are not changed, and they are not following the specified order.
Customer expects that JAXB behavior in 14.1.1 should honor the annotations as in 12.2.1.4.
