Capture process cannot start.

2020-11-27T13:24:09.051+0900 ERROR OGG-00303 Oracle GoldenGate Capture for Oracle, <Capture>.prm: Unable to connect to database using user <GG user>@<NetService>. Ensure that the necessary privileges are granted to the user.
Login to the database as user <GG user> failed because of error OGG-05533: Per-PDB logon access is not available for user <GG user> on container database <PDB>, and therefore Per-PDB capture is not supported. Please retry using a login credential to the root container.
2020-11-27T13:24:09.052+0900 ERROR OGG-01668 Oracle GoldenGate Capture for Oracle, <Capture>.prm: PROCESS ABENDING.
