Symptoms

After using the "AXF Account Distribution Refresh Solution Accelerator Installation Guide_12.2.1.4.0.docx", Section 3.5 - Deploy the axf-solutionWorkspace.ear, the axf-solutionWorkspace.ear deployment will not start and the following error occurs:

Errors occurred while performing this operation. The following deployments have failed to start:
axf-solutionWorkspace : java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: oracle.rules.sdk2.dictionary.RuleDictionary

Attempted to fix with the follow document, but it still will not start:
Document 2044307.1 Classpath issue when building a custom Worklist client, ' java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: oracle.rules.sdk2.dictionary.RuleDictionary'

Note that the Solution Accelerator is supported by Oracle Product Management, Oracle Consulting Services, and third-party partners.  It is not supported by Oracle Global Customer support.  See Document 1300913.1 for more details.

Changes

Installed the 12.2.1.4 Solution Accelerator.
