Symptoms

After upgrading to WebLogic Server 12.2.1.3.0 version, application fails with java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: <JavaHome>/jre/lib/i386/libfontmanager.so: libgcc_s.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory.

Below is reported in the server's log.
