Symptoms
After configuring Oracle HTTP Server (OHS) 12.2.1.4 admin.conf with a new wallet. starting OHS with startComponent script/command failed with following errors.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. A custom wallet was created that contains a new user certificate.
2. The admin.conf SSLWallet directive points to this new custom wallet
