Records Management Batch Services Does Not Run When Using Internet Explorer 11 and 12c WCC

Symptoms
When using Internet Explorer 11 and 12c Webcenter Content: Records and navigating to Records > Batch Services > Run All (or selecting any of the options)
the requested service is not initiated
The UI does not change and there are no errors in the logs.
This same action works as expected in Chrome, Edge and Firefox.
IE version : 11.1198.18362.0 (does not work)
Chrome version: 86.0.4240.198 (works)
Edge version 87.0.664.47 (works)
Firefox (works)
When using F12 Dev Tools, the following error is thrown:
SCRIPT438: Object doesn't support property or method 'includes'
