After Login, the UI is Blank

Symptoms
When attempting to login to UI, the top navbar shows up but the rest of the UI is blank. The sites.log reports the following error:
[ERROR] [ead-1-Cache-EhCacheObjectCache] [sf.ehcache.store.DiskStore] AssetCacheCache: Could not read disk store element for key Page:<id>:2. Error was null
