Symptoms

11g to 12c Upgrade: After Restoring Folder "Content Server Error" When Viewing some Content: java.nio.file.NoSuchFileException

We are seeing errors in the UI and sites.log after restoring a folder in Shared/elements/OpenMarket from backup:

e.g.
Exception getting element data for OpenMarket/Xcelerate/AssetType/{asset type}/ContentDetails[[
java.nio.file.NoSuchFileException: {DOMAIN_HOME}/wcsites/wcsites/Shared/elements/OpenMarket/Xcelerate/AssetType/{asset type}/ContentDetails.xml
