Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, WLS JMS

Unable to connect Weblogic 12.2.1.4.0 to bridge destination with weblogic version 9.2

Connecting to target destination of bridge with below error :

<Nov 30, 2020 4:21:24,667 PM EST> <Warning> <Connector> <BEA-190032> << eis/jms/internal/WLSConnectionFactoryJNDIXA > ResourceAllocationException generated by resource adapter on call to ManagedConnectionFactory.createManagedConnection(): "javax.resource.ResourceException: ConnectionFactory: failed to get initial context (InitialContextFactory =weblogic.jndi.WLInitialContextFactory, url = t3://<host>:<port>, user name = null) ">
<Nov 30, 2020 4:21:24,669 PM EST> <Info> <MessagingBridge> <BEA-200043> <Bridge "NRIS2Maestro@rerpqa1_osb_managed1" failed to connect to the target destination and will try again in 60 seconds. This could be a temporary condition unless the messages repeat several times. Telnet connectivity to target host is working fine.
