32 BIT 19C SQL*Plus Works Slower When connecting to 19C Database As Compared To Previous Verisons ( 11G) (Doc ID 2735134.1)

Symptoms

  Previous system has a 32BIT client application which was using a 32 BIT 11G SQL*Plus to connect to database 111G. It was working fast until client side SQL*Plus upgraded to 32BIT 19C and database to 19C

Changes

 Client SQL*Plus was upgraded from 11G to 19C
