Coherence .Net Client Library - Cache-config Local-certificate Selector Element Not Processed (Doc ID 2735195.1)

Symptoms

The cache-config schema allows for the specification of a custom delegate to override the default LocalCertificateSelector.
However a bug in XML processing routine means that the <selector> element is never found and so it is not possible customize the LocalCertificateSelector.
