WebLogic Administration Console Page Not Accessible (Doc ID 2735391.1)

Accessing weblogic console gives "This page can't be displayed (IE 11) or This site can't be reached (Chrome)"

Following things are checked to make sure there is no issue from weblogic side :

(i)Weblogic admin server is up and running, this can be checked using the command:

ps -ef |grep -i java |grep -i AdminServer

(ii) Telnet to admin server port is working.

(iii) wget command to admin console url returns http 200
