Symptoms
During the upgrade from OIM 11.1.2.3 to OIM 12.2.1.3, situations can occur where the Oracle Platform Security Service (OPSS's) Keystore Service (KSS) certificates can get either corrupted or in some cases missing.
When trying to access the Identity System Administration console > It Resource or search for Applications within the Identity Self Service console, the below errors can be seen:
