"Unable to obtain InjectionProvider" Error during shutdown of OSB servers
Below errors during shutdown of OSB servers. Errors are observed during a force shutdown and graceful shutdown of OSB servers
  <Warning> <javax.enterprise.resource.webcontainer.jsf.config> <BEA-000000> <Unexpected state during contextDestroyed: no ConfigManager instance in current ServletContext but one is expected to exist.>
