Symptoms
On : 12.1.0.2 version, Thin JDBC driver
A connection randomly reports error codes with the thin JDBC client from WebLogic 12.1.3 :
1. oracle.jbo.DMLException: JBO-26061: Error while opening JDBC connection.
2. Could not create pool connection for datasource 'jdbc/<NAME>'. The DBMS driver exception was: IO Error: Socket read timed out
