Symptoms

In a clustered environment after upgrading OIG from 12.2.1.3 to 12.2.1.4, when starting one of the Managed Server(s) using the nodemanager with WebLogic Scripting Tool (WLST) script, it is failed with the following messages seen in the server out file:
