Symptoms

A customer has reported that in a Coherence cluster servers are reporting the error caused by: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: An incompatible index for .<getmethod>.<getmethod> already exists; remove the index and add it with the new settings, that is leading to the server startup failure due to deployment error.
